Subject: Re: RESIDENTIAL RENTAL APPLICATION
To: April Bartram
Dear guys,
It turns out that we will not be needing your rental property after all! A very pleasant 3 bedroom treehouse has been offered to us by a friend of a friend of a friend's friend, and we feel that we cannot pass up this situation because one of the rooms in the treehouse is just big enough for Gramma Tookey's trampoline, and it even has vaulted ceilings for the double bounces!
I also feel that it is best that we do not rent from you because you called me "a Chewish," and while I have no idea what that is, I feel almost certain that it is offensive to me and my tribe.
THE END

Misters,
I hope you realize that I have not had time to break into the house yet to see the inside, or to measure the door frame for my Gramma Tookey's trampoline, among other things that will need to fit through the doorway, which are, in no particular order: a full-size popcorn maker; a cardboard cut out of The Rock; my troll doll collection (I have over 12,372!); and last but should be first or maybe more towards the middle - one flip flop. I used to have two, but I lost one when I went swimming in a pond one summer, but I can't get rid of the lone survivor in case the other one finds its way back to me, into my arms.
I do not wish to receive any rental application via email because I do not trust attachments of personal information to be sent to me via the internets. You know how sneaky people can be!

Do we send you the rental application?

Do you happen to know the measurements of the door frame? I will need to fit my exercise trampoline through the door way. My grandmother Tookey made it when she first came to this country in 1899 and for that reason is very special to me and cannot be left outside.

We are not asking you to pay out of your pocket trying to amend it. We only asked if you can go through that way and look at it and the fee will be from us.

Currently I have no plans for amendments.
I trust that our relocation costs are fully reimbursable by you and your family?

If you feel breaking through one of the window will do why not so long as you have plans of making amendments when you move in.

Dear Mister,
I have not yet had time to tour the exterior of the house. Would it be alright if I break a window to get inside to see the interior? I hope you understand that I would prefer to see the inside before signing any sort of agreement.
Thank you

We are not against you being a chewish or your Boyfriend being an Atheist, all we wanted in a family is making sure that rent is paid on time. Can I also ask if you have taking a tour to see the exterior part of my home so that we can forward to you the rental application form.

Mr. Bartram,
You keep mentioning that you wish to have a Christian rent your home. Full disclosure - I am Jewish and can only live in a house that will allow me to put up a mezuzah on the front entryway beside the door and a chuppah in the backyard. I hope that this is not a problem. Also, my boyfriend is an Atheist but practices Judaism with me, but I think it's mostly because he likes the bagels and schmears that we get after going to temple.

Hello ''''''''''' ''''''''''''',
My family and I are presently here in Boston MA. We will be very pleased if we have the opportunity in showing you around my house without you asking, but as you can see we are not around to do so as we have made all arrangement based on trust in ensuring that we have a Christian and reliable home take possession of our rental property while we are away. If you can take a tour to see the exterior part of my house and its environment that will be kind of you as we have set aside a way in getting the keys and other relevant duplicate document shipped to your present home address once you have been approved. Hope you understand where we are coming from. Can we attach the rental application form?
Mr. Bartram & Family.

Mr. Bartram,
This all sounds great! Is there a time that we can come see the property? Also, when I googled the address, multiple links came up for the house, which still shows as on the market. And you did say that utilities are included in the cost of the rent, correct?
Thanks very much,

Hello '''''''''''',
We are very pleased that you wrote us regarding our home at '''''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''''''' '''''''''' '''''''''''''''''''' '''''''''''''''''''' '''''''' ''''''''''''''; I also had other people writing me requesting that they rent my property less than a year which I do not support. I want anyone renting my house to at least rent for a year or more. We have also made it known to anyone renting our home that our motives are making sure that the house is kept clean and neat. Utilities include Electricity, water, gas while appliances includes refrigerator, Stove, microwave, dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Garbage etc.... I initially wrote you that we had plans of selling our house but had a change in mind to lease it out since we will not be staying more than 5 years.
I really know that God has lead me to a wonderful family like yours, as we are planning on selling our home initially thinking that no one can take care of our home when we are gone but with the help of my wife, we are able to think properly before selling our home and have found out that renting it will be the best option for us as we plan on coming back to our lovely home. You have also said a lot that pleases us and we have also seen how wonderful you and your Boyfriend can be when you move into our home. My concerns has been solved by you and we believe that all you said should be done the right way in ensuring that we trust you of becoming our tenant. We also plan on making our tenant family friends when they move in.
If all arrangement goes well, we will have the entrance keys and other relevant document in a hard copy paper shipped to your present home address for you to move in at your convenient date. Our home is beautiful and need no amendments. All you have to do is bring in your belongings and maintain the utilities for us. We also have Internet cable in our home as we speak, and will like you to take absolute care of our house when you move in. As soon as you get back to me I will be attaching a rental application form for you to fill and get back to us with your information so that we can know you better.
Remain Blessed,
Mr. Bartram & Family

Good morning,
Thank you for responding to my informational request! Based on the description of who you are looking for to rent your house, I believe I fit the mold. My boyfriend and I moved to Portland from Washington, DC 2.5 years ago. We have been renting a basement apartment unit of a four-plex home since we moved here. While the apartment has suited us very well, we are ready to move into something that will take us into the next chapter of our lives where we can get married and eventually start a family.
I work for a renewable energy company here in Portland, and my boyfriend works part-time for a renewable non-profit while also going to school full time to become a renewable energy engineer. We plan on being in Portland for at least the next 5 years. My boyfriend is from Oregon, so his family is close by, and we would like to keep it that way for when we eventually start our family. We recently adopted a two-year old sweet black lab, and as you can imagine, we very much desire a yard for him, especially now that the weather is starting to get nicer.
We are very clean people and treat our current rental as if it's our own home. We are especially excited to have a yard for gardening and planting our own vegetables.
We are looking to move very soon but will need to give our landlord as close to 30 days notice as possible, so could work it to where we could move at the end of June/early July.
Are you currently in Massachusetts, or are you still in Portland? We would love to meet you and take a tour of the rental unit at your earliest convenience.
Please let me know if you have any other questions for us.
Thanks,

Hello,
We are pleased that you have an interest in our house, Our lovely home is still available for lease and we want responsible adults/family who are neat and also believe that they have what it takes to take care of our house as if it were theirs. My wife and I initially had it up for sale but had a change of mind in leasing it out ourselves because the agent that was in charge of our rental property was asking too much of an agent fee and also making it difficult for people who cannot afford the rent, stay away from renting my house.
The reason why our house is up for lease is because I got transferred from my place of work to Boston MA, I will be away with my family for at least 4 to 5 years because of the love I have for them, I have decided not to sell our house and also assuring them that we only have few years to spend here and will be willing to lease it out to person/family who is willing to assure us of taking absolute care of our home and pay their rent on time. I will start by telling you more in regards me and my family. I have a daughter named Leslie (20yrs) who attends University of Massachusetts as a medical student, she has a lot going for her and she is also down to earth in all that she does to keep us happy and when she is back home on vacation, she also assist her mom in the house work when am at work. I work as a Robotic Programmer & Welder/Fitter here in Massachusetts and got married to a lovely wife who is a member of Joyce Meyer Ministries . We will be very pleased if we can find the right tenant to rent our home, a person who is a clean freak and does not tolerate anything that has to do with dirt... we also would like to know more about you and your family, your renting experience and how long and when you plan moving into our home. These 2 bedrooms and 1 baths home are very specious and neat. 1,746 sqft
Below is the rental property address:
''''''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''''''' ''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''' '''''''' '''''''''''''''
Pets allowed: Yes
Rent:1100
Deposit:1000
The rental fee is inclusive with utilities and my home available as at this moment.
Remain Blessed,
Mr. & Mrs. April Bartram
